If you’re looking for professionalism and efficiency, Graphic Works Advertising & Design Shop is the place to go! I reached out to David on Thursday12/19 with a rush order for a retractable banner for my daughter’s wedding on 12/28. Despite the holiday season, David returned my voicemail within minutes and assured me he could complete the project in time for the big day. Within hours, I received a quote with three options. After a brief text exchange, David guided me to the best choice for my needs. Once I placed the order, he kept me updated on the delivery status, which was incredibly reassuring given the tight timeline. From initial contact to delivery, the turnaround was just seven days—even during the Christmas holiday! The finished product was absolutely stunning and exceeded my expectations. My daughter loves it and is excited to display it at her reception. Not only was David’s service exceptional, but the pricing was also very reasonable. I emailed Graphic Works Design & Marketing about an order for custom made stickers that I needed fairly quickly. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from the business shortly afterward. The employee who called wanted to make sure their product would meet my specifications. Not long after our discussion, I received a proof of the sticker. It was even better than I had envisioned. Not only did he provide a test file for me to troubleshoot, he created a video showing his workflow for comparison purposes.
